Waterbourne Volunteers are required to bring photographic ID for check-in at the gate on arrival, photographic ID includes a drivers license, or passport
Volunteers are required to arrive early to the festival so they have enough time to get through the gates and check-in with the Volunteer Manager and start the rostered shift on time.
All volunteers will be issued with an appropriate pass upon arrival at the festival. This pass will enable the wearer to access all areas that they need to, to be able to complete the jobs and responsibilities allocated to them. When off-shift during a day of volunteering and where authorized by a Waterbourne crew member this pass may be used to access and participate in the events and public activities under the standard ticket Terms and Conditions. Any pass allocated will remain the property of the waterbourne at all times.
Volunteers are required to abide by the Waterbourne Health and Safety policies, which are provided before the first shift.
In the event of an accident, illness, or breach of the waterbourne health and safety policies contact the waterbourne volunteer manager as soon as possible.
You are required to carry out your roled and responsibilities as detailed in the job description and position specification as provided by the volunteer manager.
Volunteers are responsible for their own travel expenses and arrangements to get to and from the event.
If you have a grievance about your employment you should contact the waterbourne volunteer manager as soon as possible.
If you arrive at your shift intoxicated you will be dismissed from volunteering and you will be asked to leave.
Waterbourne will collect your personal information in order to process your application to become a volunteer.
Waterbourne will not share your personal information with any third party organizations.
By completing and submitting an application to become a volunteer you agree that photographs, videos, sound recordings taken of you, or by you may be used by Waterbourne for promotional purposes.
