Become a Volunteer

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with us at the Waterbourne beach festival.

Working at events is exciting as you get to be part of a large event and see the impact it has on the attendees. It can be stressful and challenging, but has a huge reward, seeing everyone having fun. Volunteers are an important part of a festival and help to deliver a top-quality event and Waterbourne needs outstanding superstar volunteers.

What to expect as a Volunteer?

If selected, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange hours and areas you would be interested to work in. We will then get more information from you so we can secure your place as a helpful volunteer at waterbourne. Once you have been made a volunteer expect to be assigned important tasks and be on your feet, but don't worry you won't be thrown into the deep end, we will give you any information or training you'll need to perform your role. Waterbourne is a three-week festival and we’ve worked hard to make it enjoyable, so don’t miss out on being apart of this amazing event. See the volunteer terms and conditions below.

What do you receive as a Volunteer?

Apart from being a part of an awesome crew and event, volunteers will be receiving other perks. Waterbourne wants to show how grateful we are for those that volunteer, they will be receiving a Waterbourne volunteer t-shirt, and for every 8-hour shift that volunteers work, they will receive one free music ticket to one of our four music nights (so if a volunteer works 16 hours they will receive two music tickets). Each volunteer can get a maximum of four tickets.

Please note that if the music night the volunteer wishes to attend is prior to them working they will have to pay for the ticket and get a refund after the hours have been worked.
