Wellington's Beach Party

Crowd-Wellington-Event-2019

Wellington O-Week

If you haven’t been to a Victoria Univeristy O-Week before then it is time learn quick. With an array of events every day, and this beach party is one you cannot miss!

Wellington isn’t famous for beach parties due to its wild, windy weather, which is why Waterbourne is excited to bring the biggest beach party of the year! With musicians from all over New Zealand and Australia, the marquee onsite will ensure you stay covered regardless of the weather.

Headline performers Boo Seeka are renowned for their on stage performances, ensuring the atmosphere builds throughout the night. After a huge Australian tour through Victoria, Queensland, New South Wales and South Australia, the team are very excited to be ending summer in New Zealand.

With Shapeshifters lead singer P Digsss announced, his close link with snowboarding, motorbikes and our coastlines make him an ideal performer.

“Skateboarding is one of the biggest influences, for me and music, whenever I would skate I would imagine being in my own skate video and think ‘What would be my favourite music to skate to?”

The Shapeshifter sound has grown to be a fundamental piece of a kiwi summer and Digsss says the annual revival is no coincidence. Digsss has supported Sustainable Coastlines for years and with our recent partnership we are excited to have him performing.
